Refunds
Cast and Crew
If you can no longer attend the show as part of the cast and crew please contact us ASAP. If you let us know at least 30 days before the first rehearsal date we will refund any money you have paid. After this time we will review the money that we have paid out and refund you as much as we can. This will depend on;
- Other show income
- ‘Reselling’ the place
- Costs already committed to for the place
If the place is resold, there still may not be a 100% refund if we have already purchased specific costume/clothing for the individual.
Audience
Once sold tickets are non refundable, however, we are happy for you to transfer them to someone else.
